This machine is designed to speed up your shop’s production by coating 3 sides of your trim, LAP siding, or D-log at one time. CONSISTENCY – The Haley Flatline provides a consistent and uniform coating application, minimizing variation in thickness and appearance, which can be challenging to achieve with hand spraying.

SPEED & EFFICIENCY – The Haley Flatline can cover larger surface areas quickly, significantly reducing the time required for coating projects compared to hand spraying, which can be labor-intensive and time-consuming. Coat material up to 16″ wide at a max speed of 200 feet per minute!

Also, the Haley Flatline can be tied to existing wall-mounted, multi-color paint spray systems to allow for easy color changeover and clean-up. They can be connected by either dedicated lines or for the ultimate portability, quick disconnects can be installed.
